We used Prof. Kanai Lal Roy's Bengali book entitled "Mahakavi Kalidasa Pranito Meghadutam" (Bangla Academy, Dhaka, Bangladesh; 1994; ISBN 784-07-30-70-8) to translate the Sanskrit verses into English.
All the poems in Bengali were taken from "Meghaduta" by Narendra Deb (Dey's Publishing, Calcutta, India; 1998; ISBN 81-7612-145-2) for scholarly use.
